Bachelorette Party - Sea Ranch Lady Love

So thankful for my girlfriends who organized the perfect weekend in Sea Ranch for my bachelorette party.  Hike to the beach, delicious homemade meals, impromptu mani/pedis and pop music dance party were just some of the highlights of a fantastic weekend.  Now only 2 months 'til the wedding!

Big Sur

Another wonderful trip to one of my favorite places on earth.  Big Sur never ceases to leave me in awe, it's landscape is so magical and dramatic, yet the town is so understated and seemingly from another era. Weekends like these make me so happy to live in California.

Heading to my old stomping grounds for the weekend, to see friends and support Patrick's film Maurice in the SFDocFest!  I-5 here we come.

With my friends from Sweden + my sister visiting, we have a busy weekend planned-

hiking in runyon, road trip to Palm Springs/Joshua Tree, dinner at Citron, then a Sunday bike-ride with Ciclavia.  Prettttyyy good.

Mt. Tam Wedding

Just got home from a wonderful love-fest of a weekend in Mt. Tamalpais for our dear friends Jason and Kate's wedding.  Being back in the bay after so long was absolutely refreshing, and being able to share this event with so many friends filled my heart with joy.  The wedding went off without a hitch, and between my fiancé officiating and me in charge of decor, it was super fun to be so involved in the joining of two loved ones.  More beautiful photos to come...

First day of Fall + Girls Weekend

While the boys are out celebrating a friends bachelor party, I am happily enjoying a best girlfriend weekend.  Let's hope we can squeeze in one more beach day before LA weather goes down to the 70s (heaven forbid).  We'll also be doing a little bit of this, and a little bit of that.

Off to the beach this morning for some best-friend-birthday-sun, although not the beach in Montevideo where I got this postcard, one that's a bit more driving-distance.  Have a good weekend!

LA Weekend

With the 405 freeway closure and the supposed traffic that is to envelope the city this weekend, I have officially designated Saturday and Sunday as staycation days, and I can't wait.  I shall be accomplishing the following:

1.  Getting my ass kicked at a couple classes at Pop Physique.

2.  Work-day at my garden.

3.  Eat good neighborhood food, most likely here.

4.  Read my new book by Patti Smith while tanning on a rooftop.

5.  End the evenings with wine and a continuation of Docfest 2011 in my living room.
